Patients Know Best aims to support a smoother experience, giving patients a single handy place to access their appointment letters, discharge summaries, results and appointments.
Registering for Patients Know Best is easy, through the NHS app by downloading it from the App Store or Google Play or logging in through the NHS website, as well as through the dedicated Patients Know Best site.
