If you need an examination, your Clinician will organise this after speaking with you.

Please don't phone reception unless you are unable to use eConsult. This helps our reception team prioritise those that can only use phones. The phones are answered from 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.

Fit notes (previously known as sick notes)
By law medical evidence is not required for the first 7 days of sickness. Fit notes will not be given for absenses of less than 7 days.
After 7 days it is for your employer to determine what evidence they require if any, from you. This does not always need to be a fit note from a GP. You are legally entitled to return to work before a fit not ends without any documentation from the doctor.
If you are advised to self isolate by NHS 111 or a Clinician you can do this yourself at https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note/
Our doctors, nurses and staff look forward to helping you and your family.
