Your test results can also be viewed online. To be able to view your results online you will need to register with NHS App (download the app and register yourself) or register with Patient Access Online (you will need to complete an application form at the surgery and we will provide you with a token).
By registering with one of the online services, you will also be able to request a repeat prescription, make an appointment and view part of your medical record on-line.
Please telephone for results in the afternoon after 2pm approximately 7 days after the test. Some tests take longer than others. Your doctor should be able to give you an idea of how long you are likely to wait.
We cannot always give full results over the phone. Due to our confidentiality and data protection policies, we will only give results to the person who has had the test.
