The practice will no longer be using the Medway and Swale Health Hub to take our eConsults from Tuesday 1st October.
The online eConsults will be closed from Tuesday 24th September until Tuesday 1st October. During this period our receptionist will fill out your eConsult requests over the phone until the new system is in place. Please be patient with our staff during this time as we expect to have high call demand.
Online eConsults will be available from Tuesday 1st October 8am until 2pm.

Make sure you know where to go for medical help during the school summer holidays.
The school break can be a busy time for the NHS and it’s important to choose the right service for you and your children if you are ill or injured.
If you or your children are not well, get advice from your pharmacist at the first sign of feeling ill – don’t wait for it to get more serious. Use our map to find your nearest pharmacy.
You can visit an urgent treatment centre if you have a suspected broken bone or fracture, a sprain or a strain, minor cut, burn or scald. Find your nearest centre on our website.
If the weather is hot, stay in the shade, especially between 11am and 3pm, wear sunscreen with a minimum sun protection factor (SPF) of 30, a hat and light clothes.

eConsult

Our online econsults are open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
After this time please contact the Practice on 01634 854431 and a member of the reception team can fill out an econsult form for you. All Econsults are triaged by a Clinician to determine the most appropriate appointment.
The phones are answered from 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday. Please note that calls to and from the surgery will be recorded.
If you need an examination, your Clinician will organise this after speaking with you.
Managing your health can be stressful and a huge inconvenience – most of us just wish we felt fit and well, all of the time.
eConsult is our online service which helps our patients access the help and advice they need at the right time, in the right place, with the right person. All identifiable patient medical data passes directly to us at the practice and eConsult will not have access to any of this information.
Upon receiving your online request, this will be reviewed and if required, dealt by our Health Hub clinicians at the Medway and Swale Health Hub over the telephone. Depending on your clinical need you may be required to attend our practice or MPA Access hub to see a Clinician face to face.
Please only use this service if you require medical advice from the GP. If you have been asked to make a review appointment with the GP or another member of the practice team, please do not submit an eConsult, but instead telephone the surgery on 01634 854431
